Welcome to 3.2.1. SPARK! It's a New Day of Grace! Here are 3 Thoughts, 2 Truths, and 1 Question to Awaken Change…….
3 THOUGHTS: There is a deeper place within you than your thoughts, emotions, or even your physical body. Scripture reveals that we are created with body, soul, and spirit, and at the center of this design is the spiritual heart. It is the hub of our existence—the place where identity, beliefs, perspective, and connection with God quietly shape how we see ourselves, others, and even Him. Many people spend years trying to change behaviors without realizing the root issue may be deeper within the heart. A wounded spiritual heart can influence fear, striving, insecurity, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and emotional exhaustion without us fully understanding why. Healing begins when we slow down enough to become aware of what is happening beneath the surface and allow Jesus to meet us there with truth, compassion, and restoration. For years, I lived from performance, responsibility, and survival. I understood faith intellectually, but I had not fully recognized how deeply my heart carried wounds from feeling unseen, silenced, and emotionally alone. Healing did not happen by striving harder. It came through allowing Jesus access to the hidden places of my heart story. Little by little, He restored my perspective, softened my walls, and showed me who I truly was through His eyes. What once felt heavy and exhausting began to transform into peace, connection, and freedom from the inside out.
2 TRUTHS: "Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts." — Psalm 139:23 NIV "Healing begins when we stop running from our pain and invite Jesus into the middle of it." — Susie Larson
