Through 40 heart steps, participants are guided into Scripture, prayer, reflection, and heart awareness—creating space for Jesus, the true Heart Healer, to renew areas of the heart that have been wounded, guarded, or weighed down over time.

This is not coaching. This is not therapy. And it is not a quick fix.
YOUnique Heart Healing Journey is an 8-month, Christ-centered group journey for women who desire spiritual heart renewal through walking intentionally with Jesus.

What the Healing Journey Includes

An 8-month guided group journey

40 heart steps focused on spiritual heart renewal

Two monthly Zoom group sessions (Tuesday evenings: 6:30 PM Central / 5:30 PM Mountain):
- One teaching and reflection session
- One soaking session that begins with brief instruction and guidance, followed by a designated time with Jesus for stillness, prayer, and listening
  - The soaking session will be recorded and available for participants who wish to engage in it on their own schedule.

Monthly worksheets and infographics designed to support reflection, prayer, and application of each heart step

Scripture-based prayer and heart awareness practices

A confidential, faith-centered group environment

Why This Is a Group Journey

Healing was never meant to happen alone. This Journey includes group work, where women walk side by side, learn together, and are encouraged as God works in each heart.

There is no fixing, pressure, or comparison—only shared learning, prayer, and forward movement with Jesus.

Why an 8-Month Commitment?

Spiritual heart renewal takes time. An 8-month rhythm allows space for reflection and prayer, for heart patterns to surface and be renewed, for God’s truth to take root deeply, and for sustainable change. This Journey is designed for depth and consistency—not rush.

This Journey is offered through two monthly participation paths:

Heart Journey Path

$47/m

Includes two Tuesday evening Zoom group sessions each month, access to all 40 heart steps, and monthly worksheets and infographics. If you miss a teaching session, slides will be provided. The soaking session is recorded for your schedule.

Heart Journey Path

Plus Healing Mentorship

$97/m

Includes everything in the Heart Journey Path, plus two personal heart-healing sessions and two one-on-one mentorship sessions scheduled at key points during the Journey. If you miss a teaching session, a recording will be provided. The soaking session is recorded for your schedule.

Monthly Contribution Note

This Journey is supported through a monthly recurring contribution. Contributions are processed each month automatically throughout the 8-month YOUnique Heart Healing Journey (March 3 through October 20). When the Journey concludes, we will ensure your recurring contribution is ended unless you let us know you would like to continue supporting the ministry.
