• Membership and profile information you provide when you join The Haven.
• Prayer requests, testimonies, and community content you choose to share within Haven spaces.
• Billing information, processed securely through our third-party payment processor — we do not store your card details on our own servers.
• Usage information, such as app activity, device type, and login history, collected automatically to keep The Haven running smoothly and to improve it over time.
• Communications you send us through forms, email, or messages within the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide access to The Haven's rooms, teachings, and community features.
• To process membership billing and send related receipts.
• To communicate with you about your membership, upcoming sessions, and ministry updates.
• To personalize and improve your experience in The Haven.

Third-Party Services We Use

We use GoHighLevel, our member management platform, to handle accounts and communications. We use Zeffy, our payment processor, to handle billing securely. We use YouTube to host session recordings shared privately within The Haven. We share only the information each service needs to function, and each operates under its own privacy practices.

Sharing Within The Haven

Content you share in Community Square, Haven Heart Stories, or other community spaces may be visible to other members — please share with that in mind. We will never publish your testimony outside The Haven without your direct permission.

How We Protect Your Information

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission and restricted internal access. No online system is completely secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

Children's Privacy

The Haven is designed for adult women and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

Your Choices

• Update or correct your information at any time within your account settings.
• Request a copy or deletion of your information, subject to our legal and accounting recordkeeping requirements.
• Unsubscribe from email communications using the link in any email.
• Cancel your membership at any time — see our Terms for billing details.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your membership is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, and ministry recordkeeping needs.
