1. Who We Are

The Haven is a ministry of Spark Our Spirit Ministries, a registered nonprofit organization devoted to heart transformation for women through encounter with Jesus.

2. Eligibility

The Haven is open to women age 18 and older. By joining, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Membership and Billing

The Haven offers an introductory trial period, after which access continues as a recurring monthly membership billed to the payment method on file until you cancel. A Personal Prayer Membership tier, which includes prayer support from a trained facilitator, is billed monthly in addition to base access. YOUnique Heart Healing is available as a separate, one-time program enrollment.

You may cancel your membership at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and access continues through that period. We do not issue partial refunds for time already billed, except where required by law.

4. Community Guidelines

The Haven is a faith-centered, confidential space. By participating, you agree to:

• Treat other members with honesty, kindness, and respect.
• Keep what's shared within The Haven private, unless a member has given you permission to share it elsewhere.
• Refrain from solicitation, promotion, or advertising unrelated to Haven ministry content.

We reserve the right to remove any member whose conduct violates these guidelines or disrupts the community.

5. Content Ownership

Teachings, curriculum, videos, and other materials within The Haven belong to Spark Our Spirit Ministries and may not be recorded, redistributed, or shared outside the community without our written permission. Testimonies and stories you share remain your own; by sharing them within The Haven, you grant us permission to use them within the ministry, understanding we will not publish your story publicly outside The Haven without asking you first.

6. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

The Haven offers spiritual encouragement, prayer support, and community — it is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or counseling care. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Haven and its content are provided as-is, for spiritual encouragement and community connection. Spark Our Spirit Ministries is not liable for any indirect or incidental outcomes arising from your participation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of The Haven after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
